Ordering Process:

Customers can place orders through our Order a Board page or contact our sales team directly at info@epoxysurfboards.com. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. We offer shipping to most locations worldwide. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you experience delays or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds:

Each XTR surfboard is hand-made and custom-built for performance and durability. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the board arrives damaged or defective.

If your board is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange a repair or file a shipping claim on your behalf. 

Product Warranty:

We offer a 10-day limited warranty from the date of delivery or pick-up, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Intellectual Property Rights:

XTR Epoxy Technology or our partners own all designs, logos, and intellectual property associated with our surfboards. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

XTR Epoxy Technology shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred using our surfboards. By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surfing.
